This idea showed up years ago, already whole, already too big for what could be built at the time. It needed time that didn't exist yet, and resources that hadn't arrived. Both are here now. What comes next won't be rushed, and it was never meant to be.
The idea arrived a long time ago, complete, far larger than what could be made of it back then. It didn't sit there because it was forgotten. It sat there because building it properly wasn't possible yet, and building it badly was never an option worth taking.
What changed isn't the idea. It's what's finally available to build it with: enough time that nothing has to be cut short to meet a deadline, and enough means to do it at the scale it was always meant to have. This is being built once, built right, and built at the only pace that respects what it is.
